Context

Plause empowers data-driven organizational transformations by delivering real-time sentiments from talent within a company as a digital engagement platform for teams and organizations. Daily micro-interactions between employees and the platform fuel anonymized real-time insights to platform users. Plause drives alignment, engagement and supports performance management by crowd-sourcing moments of impact and employee sentiments.

UX CASE STUDY

With 800 active users across 8 countries, Plause wanted to know why certain product pilots were more successful than others.

Research Goals:

  1. Who was using the Plause platform the most? Who wasn’t? Why?

  2. What type of organizational structures were surrounding the most and least active user groups? How were they using Plause?

  3. What value were the most and least active user groups experiencing from the platform? What user needs were not being met by the platform?
